Entrepreneurship, especially in the startup phase, can pose real and significant threats to the entrepreneur’s health and wellness. Stressors that are unique to entrepreneurial pursuits place entrepreneurs at a higher risk for a range of health problems including depression, anxiety, and addiction. This panel will consider the context, construct, and contents of a healthy lifestyle for entrepreneurs. Each panel guest is an entrepreneur in their own right and offers expertise in their respective field and will provide anecdotal and research-based information on the topic of health and wellness. Audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with panelists during a Q&A.
