Jillian started her love for business and entrepreneurship at the age 10 with her paper route in Detroit, MI.  Now with over 20 plus years of professional sales and marketing experience, Jillian has held various positions at some of the top Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Xerox, AT&T and worked overseas at Saatchi & Saatchi advertising.  She is currently the Microsoft Service Executive for the Department of Defense.
 
Jillian is the founder of JillTalk and Brilliant in Business.  She currently serves as the National Co-Led for Blacks at Microsoft (BAM), the lead for BAM Michigan, an active member of Microsoft Women in Technology Michigan Chapter and The Circle.  She was the past president of NAWBO Excel a nonprofit affiliated with the National Association of Women Business Owners.  She will serve as the host for JillTalk.
