About Paul:
Over the last 15 years, Paul Jones has acquired an unique combination of institutional finance, small business advisory and entrepreneurial experience. Prior to starting TIVA Capital, Mr. Jones was co-founder & CEO of IPX EG International; a telecom company domiciled in west Africa. Under Paul’s leadership; the Company grew from start up to $20mm annual sales with over 100 employees in 7 years.

Mr. Jones also served as a “virtual CFO” for several national and multinational companies between 2005 and 2008. Through his focus on “value and extraction”, “value based management” and “capital readiness”, Mr. Jones assisted his clients achieve high revenue growth and attract over $3mm in the form of debt and equity investment.

Mr. Jones’s institutional experience included working as a financial analyst in Allstate Investment’s private placement group between 2001 and 2004. This team consisted of 18 investment professionals who actively managed a $12bn portfolio. During his tenure, Mr. Jones was responsible for investing over $850mm and managing a $1.2bn portfolio.

Paul earned a MBA from Florida A & M University and has spent extensive time in China, UK and Brazil working as advisor and engaging in entrepreneurial ventures.
