Sarah Donnelly is the Retail Services Director at TechTown Detroit, where she leads the Retail Boot Camp program and other retail incubation initiatives including pop-up opportunities such as The Shop at TechTown and the Cass Collective, a collaboration with Midtown Detroit Inc. With a tenure of leading flagship retail environments for lifestyle brands in both New York and Detroit, an inspiring customer experience is at the forefront of every decision. Sarah has designed retail sales and merchandising plans for operations ranging in size from family-owned small businesses to national brands such as Crate and Barrel, West Elm and Restoration Hardware. Sarah is a graduate of Parsons School of Design and Wayne State University.
