Joseph’s background includes 30 years of developing numerous multi-billion dollar industry first global products and services. This experience includes business and technical positions focused on four continents with Fortune 10 companies and start-up/entrepreneurial Silicon Valley companies.

Joseph has held positions including Director of Business Development and M&A at Ford Motor Company, a New York investment banker, Engineering Manager at General Motors, Co-Founder/Electronic Post Office, Inc. Joseph also provides strategic counsel to Silicon Valley companies and has founded and sold or IPO'd numerous companies.

He also founded venture capital firms discovering cutting-edge technologies and built a portfolio of holdings by collaborating with corporations, universities, and governments. He operated select portfolio companies including P&L, business development, strategy, and capital investment to drive growth.

Joseph holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
