A pioneer in the Women in Sales space, Cynthia Barnes is CEO and President of both Barnes Sales Institute and the National Association of Women Sales Professionals (NAWSP). As a Women in Sales Expert, she is passionate about advancing #WomenWhoSell, increasing the number of women in sales, helping them sell authentically and on their terms, and assisting companies the attraction, hiring, development, and retention of women sales professionals. While her commitment to this movement has taken her around the world, Cynthia is proud to call Metro Detroit home.
