I'm Melissa, founder and CEO of The Lip Bar! I'd like to thank you for being a part of my journey as I work to challenge the standard of beauty through our products, pricing and ingredients. We focus on our beliefs to guide the products we produce, imagery we create and price point we sell at. We believe beauty isn’t linear, so we produce diverse imagery to showcase universal beauty. We believe you shouldn’t compromise your health for beauty so each of our products are VEGAN & CRUELTY-FREE and absent of harsh chemicals. And finally, we believe responsibly made cosmetics shouldn’t be for the privileged, so each of our products are affordable.

I do this because I grew up doubting my own beauty and today, I see people transforming to fit into society's linear idea of what beauty is. So I’m here to say, YOU ARE ENOUGH, JUST THE WAY YOU ARE! And I see makeup as a mere enhancement of who you are, not a completion of you!
